How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to memryxyz@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Memry account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Data that will be permanently deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All saved memories (links, notes, articles, videos)
  • AI-generated metadata (summaries, tags, insights, embeddings)
  • Folders and organizational structure
  • Search history and chat conversations
  • Swipe preferences and taste profile
  • Push notification tokens

Data that may be temporarily retained

  • Server logs containing your anonymized activity — retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically purged.
After deletion, this action cannot be undone. All your saved content and AI-generated insights will be permanently removed. If you sign up again, you will start with a fresh account.
