1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Memry mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Memry is an AI-powered personal memory system that allows you to save links, articles, videos, and other web content. The Service automatically processes saved content using artificial intelligence to generate summaries, tags, insights, and organizational metadata, making your saved content searchable and resurfaceable.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account via Google OAuth or email sign-up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. User Content

"User Content" refers to URLs, notes, and any other data you submit to the Service.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you save. You must not save content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
  • We do not claim ownership of any content you save through the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate summaries, insights, tags, and other metadata from your saved content. This AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate or complete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated outputs.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewable Billing

Memry offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (or Google Play on Android) and are governed by the platform's billing terms in addition to these Terms.

  • Plans & pricing. Memry Pro is offered as a Monthly subscription (USD $9.99 / month) or an Annual subscription (USD $59.99 / year). Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Per-month pricing shown on the Annual plan is a calculated equivalent; the actual billed amount is the full annual price.
  • Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the full subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or the Google Play Store → Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the unused portion.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. Memry does not process refunds directly for App Store or Play Store purchases.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will be communicated in advance, and you will be given the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel before it takes effect.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to excessively access or scrape the Service
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Share your account credentials with others

8. Third-Party Content & Platforms

The Service allows you to save and process content from third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others). You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms of service when sharing their content.

We access publicly available content from these platforms to generate your memory insights. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third-party platforms.

9. Push Notifications

The Service may send push notifications to your device for processing updates and personalized memory resurfacing. You can disable notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings.

10. Intellectual Property

The Memry app, website, branding, and underlying technology (excluding User Content) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content processed through the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
